I just discovered a big glitch with coupons that I wanted to pass onto you.

The glitch happens when you have bundle offers and you are using coupons.

(If you don't use bundled offers with coupons then no worries)

So here is the scoop:If you have bundled offers, and if you give a coupon to your customers, then your customers may not get the bonus items in your bundle.

You will know this is so, if you look at your orders and you see the other products missing in the order from your customer.

They may also be missing from the autoresponders of the bonus items in your bundle.

This glitch only happens with coupons and bundles.

I called the Shopping Cart Company and they are working on resolving the problem.

I wanted to make you aware of this, so that you can go back in to your orders, and add your customers to any autoresponders they may have missed.
