    Say a week or so ago, I left a couple questions on your blog… (you'll see them under comments)… maybe I should have asked here instead? Just let me know… thx.

    I do have a new question. It's regarding shipping.

    As far as I've been told by 1SC, with 'real time' shipping, 1sc does NOT offer a priority flat rate, which is crazy because that's how most books and cd's are shipped. We are consistently overcharging our clients for postage and haven't found a fix for this.

    Any advice?

    Hi Christina!

    My client uses "Real Time Calculation" shipping as this proved to be the best fit for her. There were problems with every other type of shipping, and this has come closest to working except for one problem: Real Time Shipping does not allow for US Flat Rate… which is crazy because that's how we (and most folks) ship everything. It DOES have an Int'l Flat Rate, but not US. How do you get around this? We're overcharging everyone for postage…

    Hi Christina!

    I have a question about Custom Forms / Custom Fields. We have outgrown some of our old questions and are now out of custom fields. 1SC is telling me that there is no way to remove old data from previous questions so we may reuse them.

    ie. If Custom Field #1 used to be "What color are your eyes" and now we want it to be "What is your pet's name"… all the data from 'what color are your eyes will remain and be mooshed together with the answers to 'what is your pet's name'.

    What a thing! This seems so limiting! Any thoughts or tricks to get around this?

  4. Hi Christina…. I need some urgent help!

    I recently completed TSS and started a campaign to build a list. Sergiu Simmel asked me to write a case study ( http://tinyurl.com/y5h2hra ) in his first Momentum session.

    I have a list now of 1700+ double opt-ins and I want to start sending them communications.

    Questions:

    1. Can I re-set my auto-responder date for the entire list to DAY 0? I want to do this as I am just now wanting to write a year's worth of material for them to go out into the future, and for the first 1700, I want them to receive each in the series on the same day.

    2. Do I have to do the above by sending out a Broadcast? i.e. I can re-set the auto-responder start dates to zero?

    3. Can I create a batch/series of responses (a series) using the Broadcast part of 1ShoppingCart – and store these to go out over the next 12 months?

    4. I want to send out my series in the form of Audio post cards and include audio and photographs – can I do this using Broadcasts? or do I have to use Newsletters?

    5 If I have to use Newsletters to create and send out a series of responses in the form of audio postcards with photos – where do I look to find out how, and can I create a series in advance?
