Aweber vs. Shopping Cart

Question: Christina, My question is this: If I switch my new list from Aweber to 1ShoppingCart, will I be losing anything important from an IM point of view? BACKGROUND TO MY QUESTION: I am just at the beginning of setting up my autoresponders in Aweber. It's not too late for me to switch my lists over to the ShoppingCart and it appeals to me to have email lists integrated with the list of my customers.

I'd like to make a decision now that I won't have to reverse later when I have a list of 50,000 or more people. Sometimes it's the little things that really make a difference. I've heard that the ShoppingCart has more delays in sending out broadcast emails and that Aweber has really cool hovering opt-in boxes that increase conversion. Have you or has anyone that you know compared the two closely? What are your thoughts?

Answer: I have not compared the two for deliverability, so I cannot comment on that since I don't have actual data to support that. The Shopping Cart does have hover pops as well as Aweber.
