Don't Forget to Follow up with Them…

April 11, 2008 by Christina Hills

I got a story to tell you..

This story illustrates the importance of following up with your prospects and customers:

I attended a teleseminar recently from a collegue of mine. She was interviewing an expert on a topic I was very much interested in.

As I was listening to her teleseminar, I was wanting to know where to go to purchase the program that they were offering. I wanted to know the price and more details about it.

But they never mentioned the website…

Well, after an hour, I had to go to get onto another call. I was confused as to why they didn't mentioned the place to go to view the sales letter, (as you usually do that during the
second half of a teleseminar).

I thought, "No problem, she'll send a follow up email with the replay for the call, and the website so I can purchase later"

No follow up…

No replay…

No email…

Therefore, no purchase from me.

Don't make this mistake!

Follow up with your prospects after a teleseminar to scoop up buyers who are still interested, but haven't purchased during the initial push.

The way I do this is to use the Instant Teleseminar Event System. I love it, it's easy to use and does the recordings for you. If you want to get come training on that, just go to www.InstantTeleseminarTraining.com
