You know, all those opt ins you get from your website or you customer names when they purchase

If you haven't, then you should.

You see, your client database is your most important asset, and it's important to always have a copy of it on your hard drive. Because your best customers, are your current customers. So you want to communicate with them often, via email AND snail mail. And your prospects are your soon to be customers.

I'd download it on a regular basis, say once a week or once a month. (depending upon how often your client database changes)

So now, with the holidays coming, is an especially good time to download your client database, so that you can send out cards or holiday greetings.
