Podcasting and New Media Expo!

I'm here at the podcasting and new media expo in Ontario, California this week.

I came here as a result of Paul Colligan's suggestion. Paul Colligan was the co-teacher of Podcast Secrets . A course on how to set up and market a podcast that I took last spring.

On Wednesday I attended the Podcast Secrets Reunion with Paul Colligan and Alex Mandossian. That was an awesome event in that it was very intimate. It was a great chance to meet with the other podcasters and talk about our podcasts.

The world of podcasting is exciting to me because it reminds me of my days of working in the film industry on special effects. My favorite production was working on Star Wars Episode I
It was a very artistic and creative place to work.

Well the world of podcasting has that same flavor. There are many artist and techies here sharing their passions and their nitches in their podcasts. Some are professional, and some are home grown.
