Weekend Changes to Email Servers

The shopping cart company made some changes to their servers over the weekend.

They did a complete equipment and data center transfer this weekend which they believe has resolved any issues they were having with particular hosting companies (e.g. – GoDaddy, Network Solutions). They were having periodic difficulty getting information through which is why they did the major upgrade to their system.

Today, everyone (including us) is experiencing longer than usual delays due to the servers being taken down for the upgrade. It created a backlog in the queue and although things are going out (broadcasts, welcome letters, etc), they are delayed as the new system catches up.
